Upcoming conference to focus on stress


JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. - Many would agree it's been a stressful year, and that's why stress is the topic of an upcoming conference.

The third annual Farm, Family and Me Summit for Women will focus on stress, as well as self-care and mental well-being.

University of Missouri Extension Field Specialist Mary Sobba told KXCV/KRNW that because of the pandemic, this year's conference is virtual.
